Everything was fantastic. The staff were very courteous and knowledgable, as well as reassuring. The whole experience was pleasant and not to mention we saves a bit of money ordering the tickets through you. The experience was all amazing, the parks were very entertaining and each place had all ages covered with something to do for everyone. We were a group of seven family members ranging in age from five years old, to teenager and all the way to adults on their forties. Everyone had the greatest time and were all happy with the whole trip.

I found the website/booking process great and the emails/vouchers I recieved very easy to use. I also used the florida mall discount booklet which saved me a few dollars :-) I really enjoyed the theme parks. The queing times weren't too bad either and I liked that they told you how long you have to wait for the rides, overall I think the parks are set up really well and found everyone helpful.

The confirmation to my order was received quickly and redeeming my vouchers was easy. So my experience with your company for booking tickets was positive. We enjoyed all we saw and did at the theme parks. Staff on sites are very cordial and helpful. The grounds and facilities are well kept and clean, The waiting lines are very well organized. Customer service was superb, we bought our ticket within ten minutes and it arrived in a timely manner by e mail ready for us to print off and take on holiday. Universal is by far THE best park to visit in Florida! Such a beautiful clean park with SO much to do you need several days to explore it. Rides and attractions for everyone regardless of whether you love the thrill of big rollercoasters or not.

Excellent, the website was very easy to use and the voucher was easy. Redeeming the voucher was also extremely easy to do and we received our tickets in a very quick timely fashion. The Theme Parks were excellent. However it was the value for money that we got from the Theme Parks thanks to Love Orlando.

Excellent. I ordered the tickets by telephone at around 10pm and explained that I traveling the next day. The vouchers were mailed to me within the hour. There was little information or reviews about your company on the net prior to booking, so it was a little risky booking as I did the night before leaving, but it was worth the risk, excellent price and service. I found the theme parks to be superb. I would recommend anyone visting this area of Florida not to miss them.
